1. Service description

FastCPF provides document preparation, translation, drafting, administrative assistance, and filing-support services for foreign nationals applying for a Brazilian CPF.

2. No government affiliation

FastCPF is a private service. We are not part of Receita Federal do Brasil, Polícia Federal, or any Brazilian government body.

CPF is issued exclusively and free of charge by Receita Federal do Brasil. Our fee covers only our preparation, translation, drafting, and filing-assistance services.

3. No guarantee of approval or timing

FastCPF cannot guarantee CPF approval or issuance timing. Final decision and processing time are controlled exclusively by Receita Federal do Brasil and other competent authorities.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. False information may result in rejection and may have legal consequences under Brazilian law.

5. Documents and signatures

You agree to review all generated documents carefully before signing. If you identify an error, you must report it before final confirmation or submission.

6. Payments

The service fee covers FastCPF's assistance services only. It does not represent a government fee for CPF issuance.

7. Support

Support is available at fast_cpf@outlook.com. Documents and sensitive data must be uploaded only through the authenticated platform.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
