Important: FastCPF is a private consultancy. We are not part of, and are not affiliated with, Receita Federal do Brasil, Polícia Federal, or any Brazilian government body.

CPF is issued exclusively and free of charge by Receita Federal do Brasil. Our fee covers only document preparation, translation, drafting, and filing-assistance services.

2. What data we collect

We collect the data needed to prepare and support your CPF application: full name, date of birth, nationality, parents' names, residential address, passport number, passport photo page, contact email, selfie holding passport, signature data, payment status, and support communications.

3. Why we collect it

We process your data to prepare CPF application documents, verify your identity, communicate with you, process payment, and support filing with Receita Federal or our appointed representative.

4. Selfie and identity verification

Your selfie holding passport is used to verify that the applicant is the true holder of the passport. If automated face matching is used, we request separate highlighted consent before document upload.

5. Who we share data with

We may share data with Receita Federal do Brasil, our appointed attorney-in-fact or representative, DocuSign, hosting providers, email providers, and payment providers when necessary to provide the service.

6. International data transfer

Some providers may process or store data outside Brazil. We handle such transfers according to LGPD and applicable ANPD rules, including specific consent where required.

7. Retention

Signed declarations, power of attorney documents, proof of filing, payment records, and audit trails may be retained for legally required periods. Passport and selfie images are retained only as long as operationally necessary and then deleted or anonymized according to our retention policy.

8. Your rights

9. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for login and session security. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies unless separately disclosed.

10. Support channels

Personal documents must be uploaded only through the authenticated FastCPF platform. Do not send passports, selfies, or sensitive data through Telegram or chat support.
